The end of the year is sacred. December’s journaling hours are about closing chapters, reflecting on what was, and writing your way into what’s to come. No talking. No over-explaining. Just prompts, presence, and peace.

What to Expect Each Week:

• ✍🏾 Journal prompts posted only in the chat, live during class.

• 🕯 An hour of quiet to journal, reflect, and release.

• 🎶 Bring your own vibe — music, coffee, tea, or candlelight.

• 🌑 Each week carries a new focus to guide your writing toward closure and vision.

Supplies Needed:

Journal or notebook + pen.

Schedule: Starts December 3 and runs weekly through December (4 sessions total).

Flow: No minimum seats. Flow in and flow out as needed — this space is here for you.

⚖️ House Rules & Policy

• Cameras On: All participants must have their camera on. This is a sacred journaling hour, not a watch-only space.

• Tech Support: None is provided. You must download Zoom Workplace and be set up before class begins.

• Respect: No talking during the session. This is a quiet session. All prompts and directions will be given in the chat.
