This service is for vacant homes only in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Before you move in, I will come to spiritually cleanse, clear, and bless the space so that old energy, heavy residue, and lingering spirits are removed.

You must complete the Vacant Home Cleansing & Protection Checklist Form after purchase. Your service will not be scheduled until the form is submitted.

✨ What I Do:

• Wash down the walls with my prepared spiritual wash.

• Cleanse and reset the energy with prayer, smoke, and Psalms.

• Seal and bless the home for peace, clarity, and protection.

❌ What I Do Not Do:

• I do not mop, vacuum, dust, or wash windows.

• The home must be deep-cleaned by the client before I arrive.

• I am not there for physical cleaning — my role is spiritual only.

What’s Included:

• Full spiritual cleansing of the vacant home.

• Smoke + prayer blessing to remove negative or stagnant energy.

• Sealing + protective blessing for a fresh start.

What You Provide Before Service:

• Confirm the home is completely vacant.

• Ensure the home is deep cleaned (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, closets, cabinets).
  

• Provide access info (address, codes, lockbox, parking).

• Confirm water + power are turned on.

Optional Add-On:

• Aftercare Prescription to keep your home spiritually aligned after move-in ($25 fee).
